We specialize in the manufacturing of Positive Displacement Rotary Pumps of various designs. Gear Pumps and Screw Pumps for the pumping of fuel oils and lube oils are all manufactured under one roof.

The design types include :

• Internal Gear pumps with crescent (gear within gear pumps)
• Internal Gear pumps without crescent (Troichoidal Pumps)
• External Gear pumps (double gear pumps)
• Single Spindle Screw pumps (progressive cavity pumps or Eccentric Helical Rotor Pumps)
• Shuttle Block design pumps (a combination of Rotary and Piston pumps)

The manufacturing facilities are located about 200 kilometers south of Bombay (India), at Daman Union Territory, and are equipped with Screw Cutting facilities, CNC machines and testing facilities. The group has over 27 years of experience in a specialized field. Most of the pumps are designed to customer specifications.

Special Features

1. CAPACITY : 3 LPM to 20,000 LPM (upto 1200 cu.mtr/hr)
2. PRESSURE :
   • Up to 120 bar for hydraulic applications.
   • As may be required for transfer applications.
3. VISCOSITY: Up to 10,000 cst (in special cases, higher viscosities can be handled).
4. CONSTRUCTION : Choice of vertical or horizontal constructions.
5. SEAL : Choice of mechanical or any other packing.
6. OTHERS: Low noise level, vibration free, choice of heating or coolimg of pumps or parts thereof, special pumps for high temperature applications.
